room was spacious and bathroom was awesome. Service was great as well.

location was a bit tricky, but we could reach everywhere within walking distance. more than 17,000 steps everyday. But we liked it because we could save transportation fee. there are so many nice local restaurants near the hotel.

Comfortable facilities, small but compact! Rooms are bright and clean! Free tea and coffee corner!!! Especially tea and coffee lovers, that was the best!!! ?

Great location, close walk from Gion subway station and lots of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff are polite. The room is big for 3 people.

It only has one elevator. It can be slow.

Fantastic buffet breakfast with both western and Japanese food. The rooms were simple, but very clean and modern.

The rooms were narrow and not much room to open a suitcase, however, we could use the shelf in the closet as a suitcase stand.

Rooms are tiny. Compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan it was very expensive for what it is.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out process. We visited during the Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival season and the hotel offered seats with a good view of the festival. Breakfast was delicious and mostly comprised of Japanese cuisine. Location was central, walking distance to Canal City and a few minutes ride to Tenjin. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the Tatami interior and just the right amount of space. Bathroom clean, daily replacement of towels with bottled water.

The breakfast was delicious and added convenience to our trip. I appreciated that there were plenty of gluten free options. The location was quiet and felt safe but was also easy to get to the main parts of the city and public transportation.

The room was a little cramped but overall was very clean and had a nice aesthetic.

The hotel is easily accessible and clean.

The room is relatively small for three people.

It’s conveniently located near Canal City and just a few minutes by bus to Tenjin. The room was reasonably spacious.

There was only one washing machine and one dryer, which made it challenging since we had quite a bit of laundry to do. After doing a couple of loads, we decided to head to a laundromat instead, as it was taking too long to wash and dry our clothes and it was getting late.

Great location. Access to 3 train stations all within a 10min walk. Near main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

Disappointing

When I booked the hotel through Booking.com, the price was quite high. However, after I checked the website again during my stay, I noticed that the price had dropped to about half. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t provide parking, even though there are two parking spaces clearly visible at the hotel. When I asked the staff, they said there was no parking available, so I had to find a parking lot nearby instead.For this hotel, if your stay is less than four nights, **the hotel will not clean your room.** I’ve never encountered this policy before. Instead, they leave a basket with towels, toothbrushes, and bottled water in front of your room. If you want your room cleaned, you’ll have to pay an additional 2,000 yen per day per room. The cleanliness of the room itself wasn’t worth the money paid. On the first day, I specifically requested room cleaning, but I found a used towel still left on the bathroom floor afterward.Additionally, the accommodations didn’t match the pictures on the Booking.com website at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on what I encountered.

Only one lift

The room was bigger than in most Japanese hotels. It’s ideal when traveling with a baby as they can comfortably sleep on the futon while parents sleep by their said on the bed. The breakfast has limited options but the quality is good.
